2 August 2016 - Day 122 - Bullara Station

As the tide was right to snorkel Oyster Stacks Michael went for a snorkel and the boys and I watched as it was a little too windy for us.

We then went back to the van and packed up and drove back into Exmouth to fill up the water tanks at the information centre and we notice that there were Emu's on the golf course behind.  Emu's are everywhere in Coral Bay.  Then we return the kayak.

It was back onto the caravan highway and we headed south to Bullara Station which is a cattle station just inland from Coral Bay.  Every person who towes a caravan waves or lifts a finger to you when they pass.  It's very friendly but when you have been driving for a few hours it becomes abit of a chore and then I take over the waving for Michael.

After parking up we went on the red sand dunes walk on the property.  It was only about a 15 minute walk to some very red dunes.  The boys really enjoyed jumping down the dunes.

On the way back to the camp you have to walk thru the horse paddock which has 12 horses in it.  I was first and was heading towards the gate when I turned around and the horses were all following Michael and they tried to escape with us.  It was very funny, apparently the horses had done the same thing that morning and where roaming around caravans.

There was a baby lamb that was only a week old and was staying in the old shearing shed so we had to go and have a look.  It was super cute.  Cooper and Mitch then practised using the shears.

The boys then played with some other kids in the empty cattle yards and had a great time.
