10 September 2016 - Day 161 - Duke of Orleans Bay

It was Michael's birthday so the boys and I cooked him pancakes for breakfast.

Mitch managed to get Milo all over himself.  He looked super cute and it was very funny!!

Then we packed up and drove to The Orleans Bay Caravan Park in the Duke of Orleans Bay which is situated between Cape Le Grand and Cape Arid National Parks.

The caravan park had putt putt golf and a tennis court.  So we played  both before lunch as we had been told that it was going to rain after lunch.  We all had a great time and Michael won the round of putt putt.

We went to the Condingup Tavern for lunch which was really nice.  It was good to be able to celebrate Michael's birthday by going out as there isn't many places in this part of the world to go to.

After a relaxing lunch and few drinks we headed back and the boys played more tennis as the rain hadn't arrived yet and I caught up on the blog.

That night we hired a fire pit from the caravan park.  This was the first caravan park that we had stayed in that allowed you to have a fire.  We couldn't use our fire pit as they had a policy that all fire pits had to have lids on them and ours doesn't.  So we used theirs and had a great night toasting marshmallows and sitting out under the stars before the rain finally arrived and we called it a night.

It was a great day and a fun way to celebrate Michael's Birthday.
